4. Refund Policy
Digital Products - No Refunds
All digital products are non-refundable once you have gained access to the content. This includes:
- Bodyweight reset programs
- Exercise video libraries
- Digital guides and PDFs
- Any downloadable content
Since digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.
Coaching and Future Services
Refund terms for coaching, memberships, or future live services will be stated clearly on the relevant checkout page before purchase.

5. User Responsibilities
