My Philosophy

My style is having no style at all.

Bruce Lee revolutionized martial arts by refusing to be bound by tradition. I apply the same philosophy to bodyweight training.

Instead of dogmatically following one discipline, I integrate the best elements from calisthenics, parkour, animal movement, kung fu, and movement culture. Your body doesn't care about labels — it cares about strength, mobility, control, and play.

The result? A system that adapts to you: your body, your aches, your schedule, and the kind of parent you want your kids to see moving through the world.
